Friends and Family Plan Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: The Friends and Family Plan is available to residential customers who enroll for a monthly fee of $15.95. There are no upfront costs.

2. Annual Services: Members will receive one annual plumbing inspection, one annual camera inspection, and one annual tank or tank water heater flush. Additional flushing services are available for a fee of $55.

3. Service Fee Waiver: The standard $49 service fee will be waived for any work performed under this plan. Please note that this waiver does not apply to emergency or after-hours service calls, which will incur standard fees.

4. Discounts: Members will receive a 10% discount on all plumbing services, including repairs and installations. This discount cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

5. Plan Changes: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Friends and Family Plan, including its pricing and benefits, with 30 days’ notice to members.

6. Limitation of Liability: Our company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Friends and Family Plan.

7. Cancellation: Members may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

8. Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by the laws of [Your State].

Emergency Plan Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: The Emergency Plan is available to residential customers who enroll for a one-time upfront fee of $600, followed by a monthly fee of $50. Benefits begin immediately upon enrollment.

2. Annual Services: Members will receive one annual plumbing inspection, one annual camera inspection, and one annual tankless or tank water heater flush. Additional flushing services are available for a fee of $55.

3. Service Fee Waiver: The standard $49 service fee will be waived for any work performed under this plan, including emergency and after-hours services.

4. Discounts: Members will receive a 15% discount on all plumbing services, including repairs and installations. This discount cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

5. Sewer Stoppage Service: Members are entitled to one sewer stoppage clearance using an auger or jetter. Please note that charges may apply if toilets need to be removed or additional parts and materials are required.

6. Water Leak Repair: Members are entitled to one emergency repair for an above-slab water leak. Charges may apply for any necessary parts, materials, or access difficulties.

7. Priority Service: Members will receive priority same-day emergency service and priority routine service scheduling until 7 PM.

8. Plan Changes: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Emergency Plan, including its pricing and benefits, with 30 days’ notice to members.
